Policies and Requirements

• Supplier Selection: MIMPO GLOBAL LOGISTICS® reserves the right to select companies according to its guidelines and policies.
• Confidentiality: The exchange of information will take place through the signing of the corresponding confidentiality agreement.
• Minimum requirements for suppliers:
  • Be registered with the Sistema de Administración Tributaria (SAT) and/or the corresponding authority in your country.
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations in matters of:
    • Social Responsibility
    • Quality and Safety Manufacturing Processes
    • Anti-Money Laundering Law
    • Anti-Corruption Law
    • Environmental Protection

Evaluation Process

If your company meets these requirements, please send us an email with your information to contacto@mimpo.com.
MIMPO GLOBAL LOGISTICS® will review the information provided and determine if it meets our needs and policies. If so, we will contact you for the next steps in the process.
Please note that in certain cases we reserve the right to visit the facilities of our potential suppliers.
